Privacy Policy

This policy covers only this waitlist page at getpropcollab.com. PropCollab is a pre-launch product; this site's only function is to let you join a waitlist and tell us a bit about what you're looking for, so we can email you when we launch.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect exactly what you enter in the form:

• Your email address
• Country and city (pre-filled where possible, always editable)
• Whether you're a renter, buyer, or real estate agent
• The type of unit you're most likely looking for

We don't ask for your name, phone number, address, or any payment information on this page — we don't need it for a waitlist, so we don't collect it. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) don't use cookies and don't identify you individually; they only tell us aggregate numbers like how many people visited.

Why we collect it

We use this information for two purposes, and nothing beyond them:

• To send you occasional emails about PropCollab before launch — for example, if we're close to launching in your area, or if something material changes — and to email you when we launch. We expect this to be a handful of emails at most, not a newsletter.
• To understand aggregate demand — e.g., which cities and unit types to prioritize first — before and while we build the product

You can ask us to stop emailing you, or to delete your information entirely, at any time — see "Your rights" below. We will not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Your consent

By submitting the waitlist form, you consent to us collecting and using your information for the two purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run this page, each of whom processes your information only on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service — never for their own purposes:

• Supabase — hosts the database your signup is stored in (Canada — see below)
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides Turnstile, a spam-prevention check that runs when you submit the form (it evaluates technical signals like your IP address to confirm you're not a bot)

Where it's stored

Your signup is stored in a database hosted in Canada (Supabase's ca-central-1 region). Cloudflare's spam-prevention check (Turnstile) and website hosting run on Cloudflare's global network, which may process technical data outside Canada momentarily as part of serving the page and running that check.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until we've launched (plus a short period afterward, in case follow-up communication about your launch access is still relevant), or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If we haven't launched within a reasonably long period, we'll periodically review and remove stale signups.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information entirely
• Withdraw your consent (which we'll treat as a deletion request)

This is a small, pre-launch project without a self-service account system, so these requests are handled manually — email hello@getpropcollab.com and we'll act on it promptly.

Security

We restrict database access with row-level security rules so your signup can only ever be inserted, never read, altered, or deleted by anyone other than us, and we gate every submission behind a spam-prevention check before it ever reaches our database. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we take reasonable, concrete steps to protect what we collect.

Children's privacy

This page isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
